About 200 people paid $25 a head to watch horse whisperer Dan “Buck” Brannaman display his unique horse training methods at the Pasadena Rose Bowl equestrian facility on Friday. Straight from the school of hard-knocks, comes Buck Brannaman. As the youngest son of “Ace” and Carol Brannaman, he first came to national attention as a shy boy, who, with his older brother, had a talent for rope tricks.
